Mantega<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pa ratllat amb All i Julivert<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Ceba<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Pastanaga<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 Dents d&#039;All<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Full de Llorer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Boletes de Pebre Negre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Posem una olla al foc amb aigua freda i hi afegim els peus de porc, la ceba tallada a trossos, la pastanaga, els alls, el llorer, el pebre i la sal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan comenci a bullir anirem esfondrant el brou i courem durant unes dues hores aproximadament fins que els peus de porc quedin tous. Si cal, anirem afegint aigua freda per acabar la cocci\u00f3. Si els coem en una olla de pressi\u00f3 el temps \u00e9s de mitja hora aproximadament.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem els peus de porc escorreguts en una safata i deixarem refredar una mica.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Desfem la mantega al microones fins que quedi l\u00edquida.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Arrebossem els peus de porc pels dos costats, primer amb la mantega i despr\u00e9s amb el pa ratllat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Els posarem en una plata que pugui anar al forn i despr\u00e9s els ruixarem amb una mica de mantega l\u00edquida.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gratinarem al forn fins que quedin daurats tenint en compte de posar la plata a la part baixa del forn perqu\u00e8 aix\u00ed es vagin escalfant i gratinant i no es cremin.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Els podem servir amb una mica d&#039;amanida o amb
