Gambes pelades congelades<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 grs. Xampinyons<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 grs. Alberg\u00ednia<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 grs. Formatge Fresc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Pastanagues<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Ceba<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Ou<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre Negre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cebulet per lligar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tallem totes les verdures a quadradets molt petits.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem oli d&#039;oliva en una paella gran i quan estigui calent l&#039;oli hi tirem la ceba Donarem un parell de voltes i hi afegirem la pastanaga. Ofeguem durant dos minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegim a continuaci\u00f3 l&#039;alberg\u00ednia i sofregim durant uns 3 minuts, remenant perqu\u00e8 no es cremin. A continuaci\u00f3 hi afegim els xampinyons, la sal i el pebre i ho remenem perqu\u00e8 s&#039;integri tot. Cuinem un parell de minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En una paella petita i amb una mica d&#039;oli, fregim lleugerament les gambes ja descongelades. Salem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorporem les gambes ben escorregudes a la paella amb les verdures i hi donarem un parell de voltes perqu\u00e8 es barregin b\u00e9 els sabors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Batem un ou amb una mica de sal i barrejarem el formatge fresc. Ha de quedar ben integrat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En un bol hi posarem les verdures ben escorregudes. No hi ha res d&#039;oli.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem el formatge fresc i ho barrejarem tot.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Estenem a la taula de treball dues fulles de Pasta Filo i al centre posarem la nostra barreja de verdures i amb les quatre puntes de la pasta filo farem un saquet que tancarem amb una tira de cibulet o b\u00e9 amb un tros de cordill alimentari.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En una safata que pugui anar al forn amb paper de coure per sobre posarem els nostres saquets. Posem el forn a 180 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix.
