Espinacs congelats<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Ceba<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>70 grs. Pernil York a daus<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 grs. Formatge Emmental ratllat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 Ous<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 ml. Nata per cuinar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>40 grs. Mantega<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>15 grs. Pinyons<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>20 grs. Panses de Corint<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Nou Moscada<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bullim els espinacs amb sal i els escorrem fins que deixin anar tota l&#039;aigua de la cocci\u00f3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Untem la base i els laterals del motlle amb mantega. Estenem la placa de massa fallta al motlle procurant pr\u00e9mer b\u00e9 tant a la base com a les vores del motlle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amb una forquilla punxem la base perqu\u00e8 no s&#039;infle en coure-la. Cobrirem la base amb cigrons secs. Tallarem el sobrant de la massa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hem preescalfat el forn a 180 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix i enfornem durant 15 minuts. Deixarem refredar. Traurem els cigrons i desemmotllarem el past\u00eds.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per fer el farciment posem una paella al foc amb la mantega i quan es fongui afegirem la ceba que hem trossejat molt petiteta i sofregirem amb el foc molt baix.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan comenci a daurar-se la ceba hi afegim els pinyons i despr\u00e9s les panses de Corint.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Donarem unes voltes i afegirem els espinacs ben escorreguts. Ho barrejarem b\u00e9 i sofregirem durant un parell de minuts, remenant sempre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Batem els ous i hi afegirem la nata per cuinar, la nou moscada i una mica de sal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Batrem una mica m\u00e9s i afegirem el pernil dol\u00e7 tallat a quadradets, els espinacs, i el formatge ratllat. Ho barrejarem b\u00e9 fins que quedi tot ben integrat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem la base de la quiche en una safata de forn coberta amb paper d&#039;enfornar i la farcim amb la barreja dels ingredients.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hem preescalfat el forn a 180 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix i coem la quiche durant uns 20 minuts aproximadament. Dep\u00e8n de cada forn.
