Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 grs. Ametlla m\u00f2lta<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ratlladura de la pell de \u00bd Llimona<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cullerada petita de Canyella en pols<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mantega per untar el Motlle<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sucre glas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Posem en un bol l&#039;ametlla m\u00f2lta, el sucre, la canyella m\u00f2lta i la ratlladura de llimona.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ho barrejarem b\u00e9 amb una esp\u00e0tula i afegirem a continuaci\u00f3 els 5 ous.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Batem amb una esp\u00e0tula fins que s&#039;integrin b\u00e9 tots els ingredients. Tot ha de quedar molt ben barrejat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Untem amb mantega el motlle. El nostre motlle \u00e9s de 24 cm. per\u00f2 es pot fer amb un motlle una mica m\u00e9s gran i quedar\u00e0 el past\u00eds una mica m\u00e9s baix. Posem la barreja al motlle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hem preescalfat el forn a 170 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix i deixarem coure durant uns 30\/35 minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deixarem refredar el past\u00eds al motlle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un cop estigui freda la desemmotllarem. Es pot posar una plantilla amb la Creu de Santiago per sobre, i escampar-hi sucre llustre.
