Vi Blanc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&nbsp;10 grs. Pebre vermell Vermell Dol\u00e7<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&nbsp;Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&nbsp;Julivert picat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&nbsp;Farina per arrebossar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&nbsp;200 grs. Mongetes cuites<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>El bacall\u00e0 dessalat l&#039;assequem amb paper absorbent i l&#039;enfarinem traient la farina sobrant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem abundant oli d&#039;oliva en una paella i quan estigui ben calent fregim els lloms de bacall\u00e0 per tots costats. Cal comen\u00e7ar a fregir posant la pell a la part de baix.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan estigui daurat posarem el bacall\u00e0 en una plata que pugui anar al forn i afegirem les mongetes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En el mateix oli fregirem els alls tallats a l\u00e0mines i abans que estiguin daurats afegirem el pebre vermell remenant perqu\u00e8 no es cremi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem el vi blanc i coem durant uns 4 minuts a foc lent.
