Avellanes torrades<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1.250 ml. Brou de Pollastre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 ml. Vi Blanc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 grs. Mantega<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Porros<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>400 ml. Nata per cuinar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre Negre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Posem una cassola alta al foc amb la mantega. Quan estigui fosa afegirem els porros ben nets i tallats a discos. Ofegarem els porros durant uns 5 minuts aproximadament amb el foc baix.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem el vi blanc i remourem. Courem fins que evapori l&#039;alcohol.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3 hi afegirem les avellanes, el brou de pollastre i el pebre negre. Bullirem durant uns 30 minuts amb el foc baix.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Passat aquest temps afegirem la nata per cuinar i bullirem uns 3 minuts m\u00e9s. Comproveu de sal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amb una batedora el\u00e8ctrica triturarem la sopa fins a deixar-la ben batuda. Ha de quedar una crema molt fina.
