Cinta de Llom de Porc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>120 grs. Pernil Serrano<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>500 gr. Bolets Variats (Trompetes de la Mort, Rebozuelos etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>400 grs. Rovellons<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>70 grs. Formatge Emmental ratllat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>70 grs. Nous tallades<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Ou<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Ceba gran<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Tom\u00e0quet madur<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Pastanaga<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Porro<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>70 ml. Rom negre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Gla\u00e7\u00f3 Caldo de Carn<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre Negre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Farigola<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Netejarem els rovellons, les trompetes de la mort i els rossinyols. Traurem b\u00e9 la terra i les impureses. Si no es netegen del tot, els passarem pel raig de l&#039;aigua. Escorrerem els bolets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem una paella gran al foc i quan l&#039;oli estigui calent hi posarem els rovellons. Els farem un parell de voltes i salpebrarem. Saltarem durant un parell de minuts. Guardarem el suc que hagin deixat anar. Els rovellons els reservarem ja que s\u00f3n per posar despr\u00e9s a la salsa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A la mateixa paella hi posem oli d&#039;oliva i quan estigui calent hi posarem les trompetes de la mort i els rossinyols. Salpebrem i remenem perqu\u00e8 s&#039;ofeguin. Saltejarem uns 3 minuts i els escorrerem ja que deixen anar bastant suc. El suc el guardarem juntament amb el dels rovellons.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mentre es refreden els bolets tallem els talls de pernil i les nous a trossets petits. En un bol batem un ou i hi afegim les trompetes de la mort, els rossinyols, el pernil, les nous i el formatge ratllat. Ho barregem tot<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La cinta de llom cal obrir-la ben oberta com si fos un llibre, ho podeu demanar al carnisser que us l&#039;obrir\u00e0 i quedar\u00e0 perfecta. Salem per la part de dins.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem el farciment gaireb\u00e9 al centre del llom, tal com es veu al v\u00eddeo, i comencem a enrotllar des de la part que est\u00e0 m\u00e9s a prop meu, prement b\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lliguem amb un cordill alimentari primer al llarg del llom i despr\u00e9s a l&#039;ample procurant que quedi ben tancat. Salem per fora.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En una cassola hi posem oli d&#039;oliva i quan estigui bullint hi posarem la carn ja que l&#039;hem de daurar per tots els costats per segellar-la. Reservem el llom<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Al mateix oli posem la pastanaga, el porro, la ceba i el tom\u00e0quet tot tallat a trossets. Sofregim amb el foc baix fins que les verdures estiguin ben tovetes. Hi afegim el rom, aigua bullint, el gla\u00e7\u00f3 de brou i la farigola. Coem un parell de minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nosaltres ho vam canviar de cassola, ho vam posar en una cocotte, es pot posar tamb\u00e9 en una cassola m\u00e9s petita perqu\u00e8 cogui millor. Hi afegim la carn i el suc dels bolets que ten\u00edem apartat. Tapem la cassola i ho coem tot junt durant 30\/40 minuts amb el foc baix, vigilant que no falti salsa. Es pot afegir aigua bullint si cal. Tamb\u00e9 es pot coure al forn, millor tapat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Traiem la carn de la cassola i la deixem refredar totalment per tal de poder-la tallar millor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Triturem la salsa fins que quedi ben fina. Si est\u00e0 molt espessa, hi afegim una mica d&#039;aigua. Posem de nou la salsa a la cassola, hi afegim els rovellons i comprovem de sal. Coem durant 5 minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan el llom estigui ben fred, traiem el cordill i amb un ganivet el\u00e8ctric el tallem. Ho posem en una safata. Es pot escalfar dins del forn tapat amb paper dalumini, i servir la salsa a part ben calenta.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Us aconsello que veieu el v\u00eddeo del <strong>Llom
