Ja veureu que \u00e9s molt f\u00e0cil de preparar a casa i en queda bon\u00edssima. Oli d&#039;oliva per al refregit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Caiena<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Julivert<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Suc de 1 Llimona<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Julivert en branca<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fem uns talls transversals al llobarro. La salpebreu pels dos costats.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem el llobarro en una safata per al forn i el ruixem amb suc de llimona i despr\u00e9s amb abundant oli d&#039;oliva. Ho fem pels dos costats.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hem preescalfat el forn a 200 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix i la fornegem durant uns 25 minuts aproximadament.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem una paella petita al foc amb l&#039;oli per al refregit i tirem de seguida els alls tallats a l\u00e0mines i el bitxo trossejat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deixarem posar els alls amb el foc molt baix i quan comencin a daurar-se apagarem el foc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amb el foc apagat afegirem a la paella el vinagre i despr\u00e9s el julivert.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Emplatem el llobarro i per sobre hi posem el refregit d&#039;alls ben calents.
