Llet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 grs. Coco ratllat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 grs. Nous picades<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 grs. Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>40 grs. Maicena<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>60 ml. Ron Negre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Per a l&#039;adorn:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>100 ml. Caf\u00e8 calent<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 culleradetes de Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Sobre Gelatina Neutra en pols<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nous caramel\u00b7litzades<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Per caramel\u00b7litzar les Nous:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>100 grs. Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 ml. Aigua<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Posem en una paella el sucre i l&#039;aigua per caramel\u00b7litzar les nous. Remenem i quan es dauri el caramel hi afegirem les nous. Donarem unes voltes i les reservarem en un plat untat amb oli perqu\u00e8 no s&#039;enganxin al plat. Despr\u00e9s les deixarem damunt de paper de coure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aplanarem la massa trencada amb un corr\u00f3 i la posarem al recipient per anar al forn procurant que la massa arribi a tota la superf\u00edcie i l&#039;estr\u00e8nyem perqu\u00e8 no quedi res d&#039;aire.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Punxarem tota la base amb una forquilla i la cobrirem amb cigrons crus perqu\u00e8 no s&#039;aixequi la massa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preescalfem el forn a 200 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix i la fornegem durant uns 10 minuts. Deixarem refredar i traurem els cigrons.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Triturarem les nous del farciment i batrem els ous afegirem el sucre, la llet i el rom. Batrem una mica.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem el coco, les nous i la maizena. Seguirem batent fins que tots els ingredients quedin ben barrejats.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem un cass\u00f3 al foc i hi afegim la barreja fins que s&#039;espesseixi. Cal fer-ho amb el foc baix i remoure sempre perqu\u00e8 no s&#039;enganxi la barreja al fons del cass\u00f3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Distribu\u00efm el farciment per tot el past\u00eds i ho enfornem durant uns 10 minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dissolem el sobre de gelatina en pols amb el caf\u00e8 calent i dues culleradetes de sucre.
