La Salsa d&#039;Anxoves d\u00f3na un toc espectacular a aquest plat. \u00c9s molt f\u00e0cil de preparar i si ho feu a casa us quedar\u00e0 bon\u00edssim.<\/p>\n<div id=\"schema-videoobject\" class=\"video-container\"><iframe src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/mi_N3Lc3xzI?rel=0&amp;amp\" width=\"853\" height=\"480\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n<h2>Ingredients:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>2 Filets de Porc<\/li>\n<li>20 Olives farcides d&#039;Anxoves<\/li>\n<li>200 grs. Xampinyons<\/li>\n<li>1 llauna petita d&#039;Anxoves en Oli<\/li>\n<li>200 ml. Crema de Llet per cuinar<\/li>\n<li>20 grs. Mantega<\/li>\n<li>70 ml. Brandy (Conyac)<\/li>\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n<li>Sal i Pebre Negre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Salpebrem els filets pels dos costats.<\/li>\n<li>Posem en un bol la crema de llet per cuinar i les anxoves. Ho batrem i quan estigui feta la salsa, ho reservarem.<\/li>\n<li>En una cassola posarem oli d&#039;oliva i quan estigui ben calent fregirem els filets per tots els costats per segellar la carn. Han de quedar daurats per fora i crudits per dins. Reservarem.<\/li>\n<li>A la mateixa cassola, per\u00f2 sense l&#039;oli, posarem la mantega i quan estigui dissolta hi afegim els xampinyons trossejats. Els farem un parell de voltes.<\/li>\n<li>Baixarem el foc i afegirem el brandi amb molt de compte, procurant tenir apagat l&#039;extractor perqu\u00e8 no es pugui encendre. Deixarem coure fins que els xampinyons estiguin gaireb\u00e9 cuits.<\/li>\n<li>Afegirem la salsa d&#039;anxoves, les olives farcides i una mica d&#039;aigua. Remenarem i deixarem reduir amb el foc baix durant un parell de minuts.<\/li>\n<li>Tallarem els filets a trossos gruixuts i els incorporarem a la cassola. Tastarem de sal i si cal afegirem<\/li>\n<li>Deixarem coure tot junt fins que la salsa s&#039;espesseixi una mica.<\/li>\n<li>Si \u00e9s possible, ho deixarem reposar, ja que s&#039;absorbiran millor els sabors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Us recomano que veieu el v\u00eddeo del Filet amb salsa d&#039;anxoves per a una millor comprensi\u00f3 de tot all\u00f2 explicat.<\/b><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hoy en el Forner de Alella y Carmen vamos a\u00a0cocinar un delicioso plato de Solomillo de Cerdo con Aceitunas y Champi\u00f1ones.
