Arr\u00f2s Bomba<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 grs. Bolets (Ceps) deshidratats<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Ceba gran<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1,5 litres de Caldo de Pollastre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 ml. Brou de deshidratar els Ceps<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 ml. Vi Blanc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>80 grs. Mantega<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 grs. Formatge Parmes\u00e0 ratllat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre Negre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hidratem els bolets durant uns 30 minuts en un bol amb aigua freda.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fondem la meitat de la mantega en una cassola i afegim una mica d&#039;oli d&#039;oliva i quan estigui calent afegim la ceba i la ofeguem lentament.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Escorrem en un colador de roba els bolets i reservem el brou vigilant no quedi cap impuresa al brou.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan la ceba estigui ben feta afegim els bolets i courem tot junt durant 2 minuts remenant perqu\u00e8 quedi tot ben integrat i afegirem l&#039;arr\u00f2s remenant perqu\u00e8 quedi ben barrejat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem el vi i quan s&#039;evapori l&#039;alcohol hi afegirem el brou de pollastre a poc a poc. El brou ha d&#039;estar bullint.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem tamb\u00e9 el brou dels bolets i remourem. A mesura que es vagi coent l&#039;arr\u00f2s anirem afegint m\u00e9s brou de pollastre i remourem perqu\u00e8 no s&#039;enganxi l&#039;arr\u00f2s i vagi deixant anar el mid\u00f3. Posarem el pebre negre i una mica de sal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L&#039;arr\u00f2s ha de quedar al dente. Ho hem bullit durant uns 14 minuts aproximadament.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3 afegim la mantega i remenem.
