Xocolata Blanca per fondre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Posem els ous i el sucre a un bol i batem amb un batedor el\u00e8ctric. Un cop ben integrat hi afegim el iogurt, l&#039;oli d&#039;oliva i el cacau i seguim batent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Barregem el llevat qu\u00edmic amb la farina i ho incorporem a la barreja. Continuem batent fins que tot quedi ben barrejat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Untem el motlle amb mantega i empolvorem amb farina el motlle traient el sobrant de farina. Si no tenim un ta\u00fct ho podem fer amb un motlle rectangular i despr\u00e9s un cop cuit el pa de pessic el tallem donant-li forma de ta\u00fct.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Omplim tres quartes parts del motlle amb la massa i ho enfornem amb el forn preescalfat a 180 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix durant uns 30\/35 minuts al forn. Dep\u00e8n de cada forn. Cal fer la prova del escuradents i quan surti sec ja est\u00e0 llest. Deixem refredar totalment el pa de pessic dins del motlle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fondem la xocolata blanca al bany maria o al microones amb molta cura que no es cremi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amb un ganivet de serra tallem la part que sobresurti del motlle i desemmotllem.
