S\u00f3n molt f\u00e0cils de fer a casa, segur que us agradaran.<br>\nEt feines en algun pas? Farina de forn<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 ml. Llet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Ou<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 grs. Mantega<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>25 grs. Llevat fresc de forner<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>20 grs. Mel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>25 grs. Llet en pols<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>40 grs. Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10 grs. Sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Ou per pintar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Posem en un bol la farina tamisada i hi afegim la mel dissolta en una mica de llet, l&#039;ou, el sucre, la sal, la llet en pols dissolta tamb\u00e9 amb una mica de llet, i la mantega a punt de pomada. Reservarem una mica de llet per si ens qued\u00e9s la massa massa l\u00edquida.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amassarem una mica la massa dins del bol ia mig pastar posarem el llevat desfet i la resta de la llet. Continuem pastant fins que la massa es desprengui de les parets del bol.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Traiem la massa del bol i pastem amb les mans fins aconseguir una massa ben suau i llisa aproximadament uns 10 minuts. Fem la prova de la membrana que consisteix a agafar una mica de massa i estirar-la amb les mans i si no es trenca \u00e9s que ja tenim la massa a punt (vegeu el v\u00eddeo).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tallarem la massa en porcions de 80 grams i fem una bola amb cada porci\u00f3. Taparem les boles amb un drap i deixarem reposar durant uns 30\/40 minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per donar la forma a les pastetes agafarem una bola l&#039;aplanarem i farem la forma de barreta (al v\u00eddeo es veu com es fa).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem les pastes a la safata del forn amb paper de fornejar per sobre. Els pintem amb ou batut.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Farem uns talls bastant horitzontals i profunds a les pastetes amb un cuter. Els deixarem fermentar fins que dobleguin el volum en un lloc tancat que no els doni aire.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Els pintarem de nou amb ou batut. Preescalfem el forn a 250 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix i en posar les brioixes baixem el forn a 220 \u00ba i els enfornem durant uns 14 minuts aproximadament. Dep\u00e8n de cada forn. Es poden tapar amb paper d&#039;alumini durant els darrers 5 minuts si veiem que agafen massa color.
