Farina integral de Blat Sarra\u00ed<\/li><li>55 grs. Farina d&#039;Arr\u00f2s<\/li><li>100 grs. Farina de Blat de moro (Maizena)<\/li><li>60 grs. Mid\u00f3 dol\u00e7 de Yuca<\/li><li>15 grs. Psyllium<\/li><li>430 grs. Aigua<\/li><li>10 grs. Llevat de forner<\/li><li>10 grs. Sal<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Posem tots els ingredients en un bol i pastarem a m\u00e0 o en una pastadora durant uns cinc minuts aproximadament fins que quedi tot ben integrat.<\/li><li>Untarem amb una mica d&#039;oli un motlle rectangular i dipositarem la massa. Amb les mans mullades amb aigua allisarem la massa i la distribu\u00efm b\u00e9 per tot el motlle.<\/li><li>Deixarem fermentar fins que dobli el volum en un lloc tancat, que no li doni l&#039;aire.<\/li><li>Hem preescalfat el forn a 250 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix.
