Maizena<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>125 ml. aprox. Llet<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tallem el Filet a trossos petits i ho posem a macerar amb la salsa de soja durant 5 minuts. Escorrerem el sobrant de salsa i reservarem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem oli de gira-sol en un wok o una paella fonda i quan estigui calent tirem el pebrot vermell i el verd tallats a trossets. Cal saltar-ho molt r\u00e0pid amb el foc fort ja que no ha de quedar tou. Reservarem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Al mateix oli hi afegirem les pastanagues tallades i les fregim uns 2 minuts aproximadament. Les traurem tamb\u00e9 del wok i fregirem ara la ceba tallada a trossos sempre amb el foc una mica fort perqu\u00e8 no quedin toves. Cal deixar-ho tot al dente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per fer la tempura posem en un bol la llet ia poc a poc hi tirem la farina de blat de moro. Remenarem b\u00e9 perqu\u00e8 quedi ben barrejat i hi afegirem una mica de sal. Posarem la carn macerada dins la tempura i la barrejarem perqu\u00e8 s&#039;impregni de la tempura. Deixarem reposar durant uns 5 minuts. Escorrerem la carn.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En una paella i amb oli de gira-sol ben calent fregirem la carn tamb\u00e9 r\u00e0pidament.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salarem les verdures i afegirem la carn a la cassola. A continuaci\u00f3 posarem la salsa agredol\u00e7a i remourem perqu\u00e8 es barregi b\u00e9 la<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>salsa amb els altres ingredients. Courem amb el foc baix durant uns 2\/4 minuts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Us aconsello que veieu el v\u00eddeo del&nbsp;<strong>Filet de Porc amb Salsa
