Xocolata negra per Fondre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>210 grs. Nata per muntar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>280 grs. Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 grs. Glucosa<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 culleradeta de Vainilla l\u00edquida<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 grs. Mantega<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3<strong>:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Poseu en un cass\u00f3 al foc la nata l\u00edquida, la glucosa i una culleradeta d&#039;extracte de vainilla. Remenarem i deixarem escalfar. Afegirem la mantega i deixarem fins que es fongui la mantega.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En un altre cass\u00f3 posarem amb el foc sota el sucre a poc a poc, fins que vagi caramel\u00b7litzant. Remenarem amb el mateix cass\u00f3 fins que quedi un color daurat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sense apagar el foc hi afegirem a poc a poc i sense deixar de remenar la barreja de la nata fins que quedi ben barrejat tot.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deixarem refredar el toffee fins que arribi a una temperatura de 20\/22 graus cent\u00edgrads.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fondem la xocolata al bany maria o al microones.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Temperarem la xocolata. Per fer-ho posarem \u00be parts de la xocolata en un marbre i intentarem refredar la xocolata amb l&#039;ajuda d&#039;unes esp\u00e0tules movent-la d&#039;una banda a l&#039;altra. Aix\u00ed quedar\u00e0 la xocolata molt m\u00e9s brillant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un cop temperat ho barrejarem amb la resta de la xocolata.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Omplirem el motlle dels bombons i allisarem. Traurem amb l&#039;esp\u00e0tula tota la xocolata sobrant. Donarem uns cops al motlle perqu\u00e8 se&#039;n vagin les bombolles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hem preparat una safata per dipositar la xocolata que caur\u00e0 del motlle en donar-li la volta. Rascarem la xocolata que sobresurti del motlle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deixarem refredar al frigor\u00edfic durant uns 15 minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un cop refredat el toffee el posarem en una m\u00e0nega pastissera d&#039;un sol \u00fas i farem un forat petit per poder emplenar els bombons deixant un petit espai per tapar despr\u00e9s els bombons.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La resta de la xocolata ho hem deixat al cass\u00f3 del bany maria perqu\u00e8 no es refred\u00e9s massa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per tapar amb xocolata els bombons tindrem preparat un pl\u00e0stic dur i estendrem per sobre una bona capa de xocolata. Taparem amb el pl\u00e0stic i apretarem perqu\u00e8 surti el sobrant de xocolata.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deixarem refredar al frigor\u00edfic fins que s&#039;hagi endurit la xocolata.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Traurem el pl\u00e0stic amb cura i traurem el sobrant de xocolata del motlle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Donarem uns copets perqu\u00e8 surtin els bombons.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3
