Carmen al Forner d&#039;Alella prepara un delici\u00f3s plat de Calamars petits amb Carxofes que \u00e9s molt f\u00e0cil i r\u00e0pid de fer a casa i us quedar\u00e0 bon\u00edssim. Calamars petits<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>700 grs. Carxofes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Ceba gran<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 ml. Vi Blanc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Dents d&#039;All<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Julivert<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Netegem b\u00e9 els calamars. Si s\u00f3n una mica grans els tallem a trossos. Els escorrem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En un bol hi posem aigua freda, un parell de gla\u00e7ons de gel i una mica de julivert fresc que trepitjarem amb la m\u00e0. Aix\u00f2 es fa perqu\u00e8 les carxofes no quedin negres.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pelem i tallem les carxofes deixant nom\u00e9s el cor. Les partim per la meitat i de cada meitat en fem tres o quatre trossos. Les guardeu dins del bol amb l&#039;aigua. Les escorrem b\u00e9 i les assequem amb un drap de cuina perqu\u00e8 no esquitxin.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En una paella i amb oli d&#039;oliva fregim les carxofes. Les salarem i reservem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Al mateix oli sofregim la ceba picada amb el foc baix i quan estigui transparent afegim els calamars. Els farem unes voltes i quan hagin deixat anar l&#039;aigua, aproximadament uns 3 o 4 minuts, afegirem el vi blanc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan hagi evaporat l&#039;alcohol hi afegirem les carxofes. Abocarem pebre i remourem perqu\u00e8 es barregin tots els ingredients.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Taparem la cassola i cuinarem durant uns 10 minuts aproximadament fins que els calamars estiguin tendres.
