Raviolis de Alberg\u00ednies o de Bolets<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 grs. Foie gras d&#039;\u00c0nec<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Ceba petita<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 ml. Nata per cuinar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 ml. Brou de Carn<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Julivert picat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre Negre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Formatge Parmes\u00e0 ratllat (opcional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Poseu una paella al foc amb una mica d&#039;oli d&#039;oliva i afegiu-hi la ceba picada o ratllada. Sofregirem fins que la ceba estigui transparent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3 hi afegim la nata per cuinar o crema de llet i el brou de carn.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan la salsa comenci a bullir afegirem el foie gras d&#039;\u00e0nec tallat petit. Baixarem el foc i anirem remenant perqu\u00e8 es desfaci el foie.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem el pebre negre m\u00f2lt i tastarem de sal, deixarem bullir amb el foc molt lent, durant uns cinc minuts fins que vagi espessint.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem una olla gran al foc amb aigua abundant i quan bull afegim la sal i els raviolis. Afegiu-hi una mica d&#039;oli d&#039;oliva i deixeu coure els raviolis fins que quedin al dente. Cal seguir les instruccions del fabricant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Escorrem els raviolis, els afegirem a la paella amb la salsa i barrejarem amb compte perqu\u00e8 vagin absorbint tot el sabor de la salsa.
