Rovellons (Rovellons)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Tom\u00e0quets madurs grans<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Cebes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Pastanaga<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Gla\u00e7 de Caldo de Carn<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>30 ml. Ron Negre o Brandy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Farigola<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All i Julivert picats<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Salpebrarem els trossos de pollastre i conill.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem oli d&#039;oliva en una cassola gran i quan estigui calent fregirem el pollastre i el conill.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un cop fregit afegirem les cebes i els tom\u00e0quets tallats a frecs i la pastanaga tallada a discos. Donarem unes voltes i deixarem rostir tot junt amb el foc for\u00e7a alt perqu\u00e8 es vagin daurant les verdures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan estigui tot ben sofregit afegirem el rom negre i la farigola.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3 tirarem l&#039;aigua bullint i amb una esp\u00e0tula mourem el fons de la cassola perqu\u00e8 s&#039;enlairin els sucs del rostit. Afegirem el gla\u00e7\u00f3 de brou de carn.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Taparem la cassola i deixarem coure a foc lent fins que estigui tot cuit. De tant en tant mourem la cassola i controlarem que no falti aigua per a la cocci\u00f3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem una paella al foc amb una mica d&#039;oli i hi afegim els bolets per saltar-los. Posarem una mica de sal i hi afegirem l&#039;all i el julivert picats.
