Mantega<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 grs. Xocolata Fondant<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>80 grs. Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>80 grs. Farina<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>8 Trossets de Xocolata Fondant<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00a0Posem en un cass\u00f3 al bany maria la mantega que \u00e9s a temperatura ambient.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan la mantega estigui dissolta afegirem la xocolata fondant i remourem perqu\u00e8 s&#039;integri a la mantega i un cop dissolta la xocolata apagarem el foc. Deixarem refredar una mica la xocolata.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Separarem les clares i els rovells dels ous.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Muntarem les clares amb una mica de sal fins a aconseguir el punt de neu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem en un bol els rovells i el sucre i ho batrem fins que quedi tot ben barrejat i la massa quedi escumosa i gaireb\u00e9 blanca.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem la farina tamisada i barrejarem amb moviments envoltants fins que quedi la farina ben integrada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aquesta barreja l&#039;afegirem a la xocolata temperada i ho anirem remenant amb moviments envoltants fins que quedi tot ben barrejat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Passarem la massa al bol de les clares a punt de neu i continuarem barrejant, sempre amb moviments envoltants perqu\u00e8 no baixi el volum de les clares.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem la massa del coulant en uns recipients individuals, i els omplirem fins a la meitat i al centre posarem un trosset petit de xocolata.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Acabarem d&#039;omplir el motlle i els guardarem al congelador, com a m\u00ednim durant 3 hores.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan ho consumim els traurem del congelador i els deixarem a temperatura ambient durant uns 7 minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preescalfarem el forn a 250 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i per baix i els deixarem coure durant uns 10 minuts aproximadament.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Desemmotllarem el motlle i ja estaran llestos per menjar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Us recomano que veieu el v\u00eddeo del Coulant de Xocolata per a una millor comprensi\u00f3 de tot all\u00f2
