Si hi ha algun calamar gran, tamb\u00e9 el tallarem a trossets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem oli d&#039;oliva en una cassola, i quan l&#039;oli estigui calent, hi posarem la ceba fins que quedi transparent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem els calamars. Quan s&#039;hagi absorbit l&#039;aigua que deixen anar els calamars, hi posarem el vi i quan s&#039;hagi evaporat l&#039;alcohol, hi afegirem la salsa de tom\u00e0quet fregit, donant-hi unes voltes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amb compte, posarem la tinta de calamar en poca quantitat fins que vegem que agafa el color que desitgem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegiu-hi l&#039;aigua i deixeu-ho coure uns 20 minuts. Si veiem que li falta, hi anirem afegint aigua.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem sal al gust. Li donarem unes voltes i ja estaran llestos els nostres calamars.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bulliu l&#039;arr\u00f2s amb aigua abundant durant 10 minuts.
