Salsa de Tom\u00e0quet fregit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 pessic de Sucre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Renteu i trossegeu en quadradets l&#039;alberg\u00ednia, el carbass\u00f3, la ceba i el pebrot verd i el vermell.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En una paella gran posem oli d&#039;oliva i quan estigui calent posem l&#039;alberg\u00ednia. Ofeguem i escorrem l&#039;alberg\u00ednia perqu\u00e8 deixi anar l&#039;oli sobrant. Reservem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem a la paella la ceba i sofregim durant uns 2 minuts. Hi afegim el pebrot vermell i el verd. Ho sofregim durant uns 5 minuts, remenant perqu\u00e8 no es cremin les verdures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegim a continuaci\u00f3 el carbass\u00f3 i ofeguem uns 3 minuts, remenant i despr\u00e9s afegim l&#039;alberg\u00ednia ben escorreguda. Salem les verdures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem una mica de sucre a la salsa de tom\u00e0quet i afegim la salsa a les verdures procurant que quedi tot ben barrejat. Baixarem el foc i courem uns 4 minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Punxarem amb un escuradents les salsitxes i les fregirem en una altra paella amb oli d&#039;oliva. Taparem la paella perqu\u00e8 no ens esquitxi i les courem pels dos costats. No han de quedar gaire daurades.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem les salsitxes a la salsa samfaina juntament amb el suc que hagin deixat anar les salsitxes en fregir.
