Nata per muntar al 35% de mat\u00e8ria grassa<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 grs. Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 Fulles de Gelatina<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Beina de Vainilla<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per fer el Coulis de Mango:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 grs. M\u00e0nec<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>45 ml. Aigua<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>65 grs. Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Suc de llimona<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Amb un ganivet ben esmolat obrim per la meitat la beina de vainilla.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hidratem les fulles de gelatina en un bol amb aigua freda durant uns 5 minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem en un cass\u00f3 la nata, el sucre i la beina de vainilla i amb el foc baix courem fins que comenci a bullir. Apaguem el foc i colarem amb un colador xin\u00e8s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3, escorrerem amb les mans la gelatina i l&#039;afegirem a la nata encara ben calenta i remourem b\u00e9 amb un batedor manual fins que s&#039;hagi dissolt completament la gelatina. Deixarem refredar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per fer el coulis de mango posem un cass\u00f3 al foc amb aigua i sucre. Remenem una mica i afegim el m\u00e0nec pelat i tallat a daus. Afegirem el rajol\u00ed de llimona i bullirem durant uns 4 minuts aproximadament o fins que el m\u00e0nec estigui tou. Deixarem refredar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem la panacota en recipients individuals, si pot ser de vidre i la deixarem al frigor\u00edfic fins que qualli, aproximadament unes 3 hores.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Batem el m\u00e0nec en un got batedor fins que quedi ben fi. Si esteu massa esp\u00e8s es pot afegir una mica d&#039;aigua.
