Bacall\u00e0 dessalat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 Cebes (800 grs.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Pebrots Verds Italians (180 grs.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Julivert trossejat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Caienes (bitxos)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Posem una mica d&#039;oli d&#039;oliva a una paella gran. Quan l&#039;oli estigui calent hi afegim els pebrots que hem tallat a discos prims, juntament amb les dues caienes tallades petitetes. Li farem unes voltes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3 posarem les cebes que hem tallat a la juliana, ho remenarem tot i deixarem posar les cebes fins que quedin ben toves.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan estigui tot ben fet, afegirem el bacall\u00e0 dessalat i esmicolat. Remenarem perqu\u00e8 quedi tot ben barrejat i aixafarem una mica el bacall\u00e0. Tastarem de sal i hi afegim, si cal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deixarem coure tot junt amb el foc baix durant uns 4 minuts aproximadament. Hi afegim for\u00e7a julivert picat. Si notem que hi ha massa oli el traurem de la paella.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Batem els ous i hi afegirem una mica de sal ia continuaci\u00f3 hi afegirem el bacall\u00e0, barrejant-ho tot.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem oli en una paella i quan estigui ben calent, fem una truita rodona, remenant perqu\u00e8 els ous vagin quallant i donarem la volta, quan ja estigui cuita per la part de baix.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Us aconsello que veieu el v\u00eddeo de la Truita de bacall\u00e0 amb pebrots per a una millor comprensi\u00f3 de tot all\u00f2 explicat.<\/b><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Forner de Alella y Carmen hemos preparado esta deliciosa Tortilla de Bacalao con Pimientos que pod\u00e9is compartir con los amigos en cualquier ocasi\u00f3n.
