Quan s&#039;acosta alguna celebraci\u00f3 de vegades ens costa de pensar quin plat podem preparar que es pugui tenir fet amb antelaci\u00f3 i que no sigui gaire complicat. Llagostins<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 litres Brou de Peix<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Pastanagues<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Cebes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 Tom\u00e0quets Madurs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 Dents d&#039;All<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>400 ml. Nata per cuinar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>60 grs. Farina de Blat de moro (espessant)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 ml. Brandy (Conyac)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre Negre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pelem els llagostins i separem els caps i les closques. Tallem a trossos petits les cebes i els tom\u00e0quets. Les pastanagues i les dents d&#039;all les tallem a discos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem oli en una cassola i quan estigui ben calent fregirem els llagostins pelats. Salpebrarem i fregim durant uns dos minuts. No han de quedar gaire cuits. Reservarem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem una mica d&#039;oli a la paella i fregim els caps i les closques. Donem un parell de voltes i quan agafin color hi afegirem totes les verdures. Sofregir tot junt amb el foc baix fins que les verdures estiguin molt toves aproximadament uns 15 minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En un cass\u00f3 petit posarem el brandi per escalfar-lo. Quan estigui ben calent ho passarem a la cassola i ho encendrem per flambejar. Quan s&#039;apagui la flama ho remourem tot.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem l&#039;espessidor o la farina de blat de moro i ho barrejarem. Abocarem una mica de brou i remourem. Passarem tot a una olla gran i hi afegirem la resta del brou. Bullirem durant uns 15 minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Colarem el brou amb un colador xin\u00e8s prement i xafant perqu\u00e8 surti tota la subst\u00e0ncia dels caps.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Separem uns llagostins per decorar la crema.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegim la resta de llagostins al brou i bullim durant 5 minuts. Comprovem de sal i hi posem una mica de pebre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Traiem l&#039;olla del foc i hi afegim la nata per cuinar. Batem la crema amb un batedor el\u00e8ctric procurant que ens quedi una crema ben fina. Si ha quedat una mica l\u00edquida li podeu afegir una mica m\u00e9s de maizena dissolent-la primer amb una mica de brou.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Servirem la crema amb els llagostins reservats i amb ensopegades de pa fregit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Us aconsello que veieu el v\u00eddeo de la<b> Crema de Llagostins <\/b>per a una millor comprensi\u00f3 de tot all\u00f2
