Nata per muntar al 35% mat\u00e8ria greix<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>80 grs. Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5 Fulles de Gelatina<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>40 ml. Aigua<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Chorrito de Suc de Llimona<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maduixes per decorar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Per fer el Coulis:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>200 grs. Maduixes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 grs. Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Chorrito de Suc de Llimona<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Renteu les maduixes i traieu la cua. Les tallem per la meitat i les posem en un bol amb un rajol\u00ed de suc de llimona. Batem b\u00e9 amb un batedor el\u00e8ctric i reservem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hidratem les fulles de gelatina en un bol amb aigua freda durant uns 5 minuts.<br>Poseu un cass\u00f3 al foc amb l&#039;aigua i el sucre i deixeu bullir durant 1 minut.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Apaguem el foc i afegim la gelatina ben escorreguda, remenant amb un batedor manual fins que es dissolgui b\u00e9 tota la gelatina.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegim al cass\u00f3 el batut de maduixes i ho barregem tot. Passem la barreja a un bol i ho deixem a la nevera. Ha d&#039;espessir una mica i quedar com una melmelada lleugera.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Muntem la nata amb unes varetes ia mig muntar hi afegim un parell de cullerades de sucre i acabem de muntar la nata.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Barregem la nata amb el batut de maduixes. Cal fer-ho amb moviments envoltants de baix a dalt perqu\u00e8 no baixi la nata.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem la mousse en recipients individuals i els deixem al frigor\u00edfic unes 3 hores com a m\u00ednim.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per fer el coulis posarem en un got batedor les maduixes, el sucre i el rajol\u00ed de llimona. Batem b\u00e9 amb un batedor el\u00e8ctric. Si qued\u00e9s molt esp\u00e8s es pot afegir una mica d&#039;aigua.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per desemmotllar la bavarois, amb la punta d&#039;un ganivet la separarem una mica de les parets.
