S\u00f3n unes postres t\u00edpiques catalanes que s&#039;acompanya amb un bon vi de moscatell. Aqu\u00ed podreu veure 6 varietats. De pinyons, ametlles, avellana, coco, caf\u00e8 i maduixa. Despr\u00e9s, posarem en un bol l&#039;ametlla, el sucre i la ratlladura de llimona.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amassem en sec perqu\u00e8 es barregin b\u00e9 els ingredients.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem els ous un a un fins que aconseguim una massa que tingui consist\u00e8ncia com si fos plastilina.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dividirem en massap\u00e0 en tantes classes com desitgem fer. L&#039;emboliquem en paper film i guardarem al frigor\u00edfic per espai de 12 hores perqu\u00e8 els grans de sucre que cont\u00e9 el nostre massap\u00e0, s&#039;hidratin i es barregin totalment amb la nostra massa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3 farem peces petites barrejant pinyons que pr\u00e8viament haurem posat en maceraci\u00f3 amb ou perqu\u00e8 s&#039;enganxin b\u00e9 a la nostra massa de massap\u00e0.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per als d&#039;ametlla seguirem el mateix proc\u00e9s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pels de coco, afegirem a la nostra massa coco ratllat i formarem unes pir\u00e0mides. Per als d&#039;avellana els donarem forma de bola aixafant-los una mica i podrem una avellana clavada a sobre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per als de maduixa, afegirem a la massa grosella o granadina. S&#039;ha de tenir en compte que en afegir l\u00edquid, la massa quedaria enganxosa i desequilibrada, i \u00e9s per aix\u00f2 que hi afegirem 100 grs. d&#039;ametlla m\u00f2lta i 50 grs. de sucre tamb\u00e9 m\u00f2lt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I per als de caf\u00e8, afegirem el caf\u00e8 barrejant-ho b\u00e9 amb el massap\u00e0.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"565\" height=\"400\" src=\"https:\/\/elfornerdealella.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/panellets1-e1667476439220.jpg\" alt=\"Panellets\" class=\"wp-image-23\" title=\"Recepta de\"><\/figure>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hoy vamos a hacer panellets, Se consumen por la Festividad de Todos los Santos.
