{"id":218,"date":"2014-02-20T10:21:52","date_gmt":"2014-02-20T10:21:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nova.elfornerdealella.com\/?p=218"},"modified":"2024-04-20T12:08:55","modified_gmt":"2024-04-20T10:08:55","slug":"pollastre-a-la-cervesa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elfornerdealella.com\/ca\/pollo-a-la-cerveza\/","title":{"rendered":"Pollastre a la cervesa"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Avui prepararem un delici\u00f3s Pollastre a la cervesa casol\u00e0 \u00c9s una recepta molt, per\u00f2 que molt f\u00e0cil de preparar i queda exquisit, encara que sembli mentida la cervesa, igual que el vi, \u00e9s un ingredient molt \u00fatil per cuinar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diferents estudis han demostrat que la cervesa \u00e9s una beguda saludable (consumida amb moderaci\u00f3), tot i ser una beguda que cont\u00e9 alcohol, tamb\u00e9 cont\u00e9 altres components saludables com aigua abundant, vitamines i, sobretot, antioxidants que s\u00f3n molt beneficiosos per als que practiquen esport habitualment, aix\u00f2 s\u00ed, tot ben fonamentat amb una dieta equilibrada i saludable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A m\u00e9s, aquest delici\u00f3s beuratge \u00e9s un excel\u00b7lent ingredient culinari que fa que molts plats resultin exquisits, de la mateixa manera que hi ha una enorme varietat de receptes tradicionals en qu\u00e8 s&#039;afegeix vi, podem trobar moltes receptes elaborades amb cervesa, com aquest delici\u00f3s pollastre a la cervesa que s&#039;segur ser\u00e0 un plat tradicional i recurrent a casa seva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<iframe width=\"560\" height=\"315\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/d2VFLRZf3ek\" title=\"YouTube v\u00eddeo player\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen=\"\"><\/iframe>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00a0Ingredients:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 Pollastre a trossos<\/li><li>1 Llauna de Cervesa 300 cc<\/li><li>3 Cebes<\/li><li>3 Dents d&#039;All<\/li><li>3 Cullerades soperes Tom\u00e0quet Fregit<\/li><li>1 Gla\u00e7 de Caldo de Carn<\/li><li>Farigola<\/li><li>Oli d&#039;oliva, sal i pebre negre<\/li><li>Farina<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Salpebrarem els trossos de pollastre pels dos costats i els passarem per farina, expulsant la farina sobrant.<br>Posem una paella al foc i quan l&#039;oli estigui calent, hi posarem el pollastre i el fregirem pels dos costats. Reservarem.<br>Tallem les cebes a juliana i els alls a l\u00e0mines i ho sofregim en una cassola amb el foc baix. Hi afegim la resta de l&#039;oli que ha sobrat de fregir el pollastre.<br>Quan les cebes estiguin toves li afegirem les tres cullerades de salsa de Tom\u00e0quet fregit, la Cervesa, el gla\u00e7\u00f3 de Caldo de Carne i la Farigola.
