Carbassa sense pell<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>450 grs. Farina<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>125 ml. Aigua de la cocci\u00f3<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>20 grs. Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>7 grs. Sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>25 grs. Llevat de forner<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ratlladura de la pell d&#039;una Taronja<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Cullerada Aigua d&#039;Azahar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli de Gira-sol<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sucre per arrebossar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pelem i tallem la carbassa a daus grans i la bullim amb aigua que les cobreixi durant uns 20 minuts aproximadament, fins que estigui tova. Escorreu-la reservant l&#039;aigua de la cocci\u00f3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aixafem la carbassa amb una forquilla fins a aconseguir una pasta sense grumolls. Dissolem el llevat de forner amb els 125 ml. daigua de la cocci\u00f3 de la carbassa. Remenem b\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem en un bol la carbassa, l&#039;aigua amb el llevat, el sucre, l&#039;aigua de tarongina, la ratlladura de taronja i la sal. Remenem b\u00e9 i batrem una miqueta amb una batedora el\u00e8ctrica. Es pot fer amb un batedor manual.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegim la farina tamisada a poc a poc i remenem fins que estigui tot ben integrat. Deixeu reposar la massa durant uns 15 minuts tapada amb paper film ia temperatura ambient.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Escalfem abundant oli de gira-sol en una paella fonda o b\u00e9 en una fregidora el\u00e8ctrica.
