Llet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 Ous sencers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 Gemmes d&#039;Ou<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ratlladura d&#039;una Llimona<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>80 grs. Sucre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Preparem un recipient que pugui anar al forn i posem aigua molt calenta i ho deixem al forn fins que bulli.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem en un bol la llet condensada, els ous sencers, els rovells dels ous i la ratlladura de la llimona.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Batem aquesta barreja i despr\u00e9s incorporarem la llet i acabarem de batre amb una batedora manual.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Farem el caramel l\u00edquid amb el sucre i unes gotetes daigua. Posarem un cass\u00f3 al foc amb el sucre i l&#039;aigua. Ho anirem remenant fins que el sucre s&#039;hagi dissolt i tingui el color del caramel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem el caramel al fons del motlle i hi afegirem la barreja del flam. Taparem el motlle amb paper d&#039;alumini perqu\u00e8 no quedi crosta al damunt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El forn est\u00e0 preescalfat a 200 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads i quan bulli l&#039;aigua posem dins del recipient el motlle amb el flam ja que s&#039;ha de coure al bany maria. Ho courem amb el forn nom\u00e9s per la part de baix.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ho hem tingut al forn uns 60 minuts, per\u00f2 cal anar controlant i anar fent la prova del escuradents.
