Farina<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>7 Ous<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>175 grs. Mantega<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>175 grs. Xocolata Fondant al 70%<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 grs. Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Sobre Llevat Qu\u00edmic<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Cullerada Extracte de Vainilla<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 pessic de Sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Per a la Cobertura:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>300 grs. Xocolata Fondant<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>300 grs. Nata per muntar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>60 grs. Mantega<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Per a l&#039;Alm\u00edvar:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>150 grs. Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 ml. Aigua<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 ml. Ron Negre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Posem un cass\u00f3 al foc amb aigua ia sobre un recipient per fer un bany maria. Posem la xocolata i la fonem. Reservem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Separem els rovells de les clares d&#039;ou. Muntem les clares a punt de neu amb una mica de sal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Batem els rovells d&#039;ou amb el sucre i quan estiguin una mica m\u00e9s blanques i esponjoses hi afegirem la vainilla l\u00edquida i<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>la mantega que hem fos al microones. La mantega la incorporarem a poc a poc en forma de fil i despr\u00e9s la xocolata que \u00e9s tebi. Batrem una mica.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tamisem la farina i el llevat qu\u00edmic. Barregem i ho afegirem a poc a poc a la barreja, remenant amb un batedor manual fins que estigui tot ben integrat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Finalment afegirem les clares i remourem. Potser al principi queden grumolls per\u00f2 en anar remenant queda la massa molt fina.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Greixem amb mantega un motlle desmuntable de 25 cm. de di\u00e0metre, i empolvorem farina perqu\u00e8 no s&#039;enganxi el pa de pessic. Posem la mousse al motlle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hem preescalfat el forn a 180 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix i enfornem durant uns 35 minuts al forn, cal fer la prova del escuradents i quan surt sec, ja est\u00e0 cuit. Deixem refredar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Partim el pa de pessic per la meitat i pintem amb un alm\u00edvar de rom. Per fer l&#039;alm\u00edvar posem al foc el sucre i l&#039;aigua i, quan estigui una mica dens, hi afegim el rom.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Despr\u00e9s per sobre de l&#039;alm\u00edvar posem la melmelada d&#039;albercoc i estenem b\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tapem el pa de pessic donant la volta a la part de dalt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparem la cobertura del past\u00eds posant un cass\u00f3 al foc amb la nata i quan comenci a bullir apaguem el foc i afegim la xocolata triturada perqu\u00e8 es desfaci abans. Remenem fins que la xocolata estigui totalment fosa i afegim despr\u00e9s la mantega trossejada i remenem fins que estigui ben integrada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparem una safata amb paper d&#039;enfornar per sobre i posem el past\u00eds sobre una reixeta alta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pintem amb la xocolata tots els costats del past\u00eds i aboquem la xocolata calenta per sobre del past\u00eds. Amb una esp\u00e0tula acabarem d&#039;allisar la part del damunt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deixarem assecar totalment la xocolata a temperatura ambient.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Us
