Pernil, formatge tonyina etc. Aqu\u00ed entra la vostra imaginaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe title=\"Croissants Minis\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/YHa9jAFA7ZU?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">INGREDIENTS:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>500 grs. de Farina<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>220 cc d&#039;aigua<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 cc de llet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 grs. de sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un ou<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>25 grs. de mantega de porc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>40 grs. de llevat de forner<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10 grs. de sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I per pasta de full la massa, 200 grs. de mantega de pasta de full<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tamisem la farina i col\u00b7loquem tots els ingredients en una pastadora. Si els feu a m\u00e0, poseu la farina sobre la taula feu un \u00abvolc\u00e0\u00bb i ho afegiu tot alhora, a excepci\u00f3 de la mantega que la reservarem per fullrar la massa una vegada obtinguda aquesta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un cop tenim la massa, fem una bola i la marquem amb quatre talls. L&#039;emboliquem amb paper film i seguidament la deixarem reposar a la nevera.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mentre estovem la mantega per a pasta de full afegint-hi farina fins que la puguem treballar b\u00e9 per\u00f2 sense arribar ni molt menys al punt de pomada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amb la massa sobre el tauler, fem una creu amb el corr\u00f3 per donar forma d&#039;aspes per col\u00b7locar al centre la mantega. Emboliquem la mantega amb cadascuna de les aspes que hem fet a la massa, i deixant els doblecs als costats, estirem la massa fins a obtenir un rectangle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ho dobleguem en tres parts per dues vegades i la deixarem reposar a la nevera. Aquesta operaci\u00f3 la farem tres cops m\u00e9s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Acabats els doblecs estirarem b\u00e9 la massa deixant un gruix de mig centimetre +\/- i procedim a tallar-los en mode de triangle que enrotllarem sobre si mateixos comen\u00e7ant per la part m\u00e9s ampla.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deixarem fermentar i abans de posar-los al forn a 200 graus, els pintarem amb ou batut.
