Estic segur que us encantar\u00e0.<br><iframe src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/FlttmW2l3Y4?\" width=\"380\" height=\"224\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">INGREDIENTS:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 paquet de <a href=\"https:\/\/elfornerdealella.com\/ca\/pasta-brisa-massa-fallta\/\">massa fallta<\/a> (pasta brisa)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>400 grs. de pomes tipus Golden<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>400 grs. de <a href=\"https:\/\/elfornerdealella.com\/ca\/crema-pastissera\/\">crema pastissera<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>70 grs. de melmelada al gust<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>35 ml. d&#039;aigua<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mantega per untar el motlle<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mitja llimona<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sucre al gust<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Posarem una mica de mantega al motlle que utilitzarem per poder-la desemmotllar f\u00e0cilment. La massa que utilitzarem ser\u00e0 rodona que les venen als supermercats i la introduirem al motlle procurant cobrir tota l&#039;extensi\u00f3 del mateix, i que ens sobri una mica per sobre de les brodes aplanarem b\u00e9 i amb una forquilla la punxarem per tota la seva extensi\u00f3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00a0Pr\u00e8viament haurem d&#039;escalfar el forn a 180 graus cent\u00edgrads per dalt i per baix i la introduirem<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mentre precoem el past\u00eds, en un bol amb aigua li afegirem el suc de mitja llimona i pelarem les pomes que tallarem a qualls molt finits i anirem dipositant al bol amb aigua i llimona i aix\u00ed no ens quedaran negres per l&#039;oxidaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepararem un alm\u00edvar per pintar el past\u00eds amb la melmelada que el barrejarem amb l&#039;aigua i el posarem a foc lent fins que quedi desfet i integrat. Traurem del foc i la deixarem refredar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La poma ja tallada, l&#039;escorrerem b\u00e9, i l&#039;assecarem b\u00e9 amb un drap de cuina perqu\u00e8 quedin seques.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hem tret la pasta brisa del forn, que ha estat coent uns 10 minuts i tallarem amb un ganivet el sobrant de la part superior.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Li posarem la crema pastissera (veure v\u00eddeo) Un cop ben repartida la crema pel fons del past\u00eds, posarem els trossos de poma al voltant comen\u00e7ant per l&#039;exterior fins arribar al centre.
