Farina de Blat de moro (Maizena)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>20 grs. Mantega<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 grs. Sucre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>PER A L&#039;ALMIBAR:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>100 grs. Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 ml. Aigua<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pell de Llimona<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tindrem ja cuita la massa fallta. L&#039;hem preparada en un motlle rod\u00f3 de 20\/25 ctms. de di\u00e0metre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Peleu la pell d&#039;una llimona, nom\u00e9s la part groga. Posarem en un cass\u00f3 el sucre, l&#039;aigua i la pell de la llimona i farem un alm\u00edvar. Ho bullim durant 5 minuts i deixem refredar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Separem els rovells dels ous, guardant les clares.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fem un suc de llimona, amb les dues llimones.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En un cass\u00f3 hi posem el suc de llimona, la farina de blat de moro, i l&#039;alm\u00edvar que pr\u00e8viament hem colat. Remenarem fins que s&#039;integrin tots els ingredients.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hi afegirem els 3 rovells d&#039;ou, d&#039;un en un perqu\u00e8 es vagin integrant. Despr\u00e9s hi afegirem la mantega que ha d&#039;estar a punt de pomada i ho remourem b\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amb el foc molt lent, courem la crema de llimona. Cal remoure en\u00e8rgicament fins que s&#039;espesseixi. No heu d&#039;arribar a bullir. Deixarem refredar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Omplirem la base de la pasta fallta amb la crema de llimona, repartint-la b\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparem la merenga muntant les clares d&#039;ou a punt de neu, juntament amb el sucre i un pessic de sal. Ha de quedar molt esp\u00e8s. Per saber si est\u00e0 al punt la merenga, ha d&#039;estar ben enganxat a les parets del bol.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem la merenga en una m\u00e0niga pastissera i farem un petits cercles a sobre de la crema de llimona, cobrint tota la superf\u00edcie (veure el v\u00eddeo).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El past\u00eds ha de coure al forn durant 5 minuts, nom\u00e9s amb el grill.
