Llet Condensada<\/li><li>3 Ous<\/li><li>250 grs. Nata per a Muntar (Crema de Llet)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"> ELABORACI\u00d3 <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Partirem les llimones i les espremeu , una vegada espremudes han sortit 200 ml, de suc.<\/li><li>Separem les clares dels rovells, cuidant que no caiguin rovells dins de les clares.<\/li><li>Posem els rovells d&#039;ou en un bol i hi afegim la llet condensada, ho barregem b\u00e9 i hi posem el suc de les llimones i batrem fins que quedi tot integrat.<\/li><li>Batem en un batedor les clares dels ous, afegint-hi la sal perqu\u00e8 es muntin les clares a punt de neu amb m\u00e9s facilitat.<\/li><li>Abans de muntar la nata, la deixem uns 10 minuts al congelador per poder-la muntar millor.<\/li><li>Al bol que hem muntat les clares li afegim el preparat dels rovells, el suc de llimona i la llet condensada, ho farem amb un moviment envoltant, perqu\u00e8 no es baixin les clares, ha de quedar tot ben integrat.<\/li><li>Tot seguit afegim la nata muntada i ho farem en diverses vegades, tamb\u00e9 amb moviments envoltants.<\/li><li>La Mousse de Lim\u00f3n ja est\u00e0 preparada, nom\u00e9s falta tapar-la amb un paper film i deixar-la al frigor\u00edfic durant unes 4 hores.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"> Us aconsellem que veieu el v\u00eddeo de la Mousse de Lim\u00f3n Casera per a una millor comprensi\u00f3 de tot all\u00f2 explicat. <\/h3>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Carmen en el Forner de Alella nos ense\u00f1a a preparar un Mousse de Lim\u00f3n Casera, ya ver\u00e9is que es muy cremosa y har\u00e1 la delicia de los comensales, al probar la textura de la aut\u00e9ntica mousse.
