Clo\u00efsses<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 grs. Mantega<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>12 Puntes d&#039;Esp\u00e0rrecs de llauna<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 grs. P\u00e8sols congelats<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 ml. Sidra<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 Dents d&#039;All<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>70 grs. Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Julivert picat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Rovell d&#039;Ou<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Farina<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Traiem el suc de la llauna d&#039;esp\u00e0rrecs i ho reservem per a la salsa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem la mantega, la sidra i el suc dels esp\u00e0rrecs en una paella i ho deixarem reduir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En una altra paella hi posarem oli d&#039;oliva i quan estigui calent hi afegirem les clo\u00efsses, que pr\u00e8viament les hem tingut en remull durant uns 60 minuts aproximadament. Taparem la paella i deixarem que s&#039;obrin les clo\u00efsses. Reservarem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El brou que han deixat anar les clo\u00efsses l&#039;afegirem a l&#039;altra paella.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem una cassola gran i plana al foc i hi afegim for\u00e7a oli d&#039;oliva. Trobem de seguida els alls picats molt petitons i deixarem sofregir amb el foc molt baix perqu\u00e8 no es cremin els alls.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salem i arrebossem amb farina les rodanxes de llu\u00e7. Les incorporarem a la cassola i remenarem, fent vaiv\u00e9 durant un parell de minuts. Donarem la volta al llu\u00e7 i remourem una altra vegada durant 2 minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3 hi afegim la reducci\u00f3 que ten\u00edem preparada i els p\u00e8sols.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan la salsa torni a bullir, hi afegim els esp\u00e0rrecs i les clo\u00efsses. Deixarem coure durant uns 10 minuts aproximadament. Remenarem de tant en tant. Vigilarem no falti brou per a la cocci\u00f3. Si cal afegiu-hi una mica d&#039;aigua i rectifiqueu-ho de sal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Batem el rovell d&#039;ou i amb un pinzell l&#039;estendrem per sobre del llu\u00e7.
