Vi Blanc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pebre Negre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Demanem al peixater que tregui l&#039;espina al llu\u00e7 i ens talli 4 trossos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rentem les patates i les pelarem. Les tallarem a discos prims.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les dents d&#039;alls les deixem amb la pell i els donarem un cop perqu\u00e8 s&#039;obrin una mica.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem oli d&#039;oliva abundant en una paella gran i fregim les patates juntament amb els alls sencers. Cal deixar-les que es fregeixin sense cremar-se.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Al fons d&#039;una safata de forn hi posarem les patates i els alls. Salpebrarem les patates al gust.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A sobre de les patates posarem el llu\u00e7 ja salat, amb la pell per la part de baix.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Regarem el llu\u00e7 amb el vi blanc i posarem unes 10 cullerades soperes de l&#039;oli de fregir les patates i els alls.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hem preescalfat el forn a 200 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads, per la part de dalt i baix i deixarem coure el llu\u00e7 durant 10\/15 minuts.
