La quantitat de sucre ha de ser el doble del pes de les clares dou. Aix\u00f2 \u00e9s important perqu\u00e8 surti una bona merenga.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem en un cass\u00f3 les clares d&#039;ou i el sucre i amb el foc el m\u00e9s baix possible, ho anirem remenant en\u00e8rgicament perqu\u00e8 es vagi integrant. No cal deixar de remenar. Hem de procurar que no s&#039;escalfi massa i si cal ho separarem una mica del foc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan el sucre estigui totalment dissolt, apagarem el foc i deixarem refredar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem aquesta barreja en una batedora. Hi afegirem unes 3\/4 gotes de llimona i les clares d&#039;ou que hem de batre a punt de neu. Ha de quedar una massa molt espessa, per comprovar-ho s&#039;inclina el bol i no s&#039;ha de moure la massa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem les ametlles laminades, reservant-ne algunes per posar-les despr\u00e9s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amb una m\u00e0niga pastissera farcirem els motlles de paper i per sobre hi posarem la resta de les ametlles. Es poden posar els merengues tamb\u00e9 directament en una llauna de forn.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hem preescalfat el forn a 80\/90 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads i els courem durant uns 90 minuts aproximadament.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Us aconsellem que veieu el v\u00eddeo del Merengue Su\u00eds amb Ametlles per a una millor comprensi\u00f3 de tot all\u00f2 explicat.<\/b><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00bfNo sabes qu\u00e9 hacer con las claras de huevo sobrantes?
