Aigua<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>25 grs. Farina Integral de S\u00e8gol<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">DIA 3 PREPARACI\u00d3 PER FER EL PA:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>30 grs. Massa Mare<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 grs. Farina Integral de S\u00e8gol<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 ml. Aigua<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>El dia 0 posarem a un recipient que puguem tapar 75 grs. de Farina Integral de S\u00e8gol i 75 ml. daigua. Barregem b\u00e9 fins que quedi tot integrat. Taparem el pot i el guardarem a temperatura ambient durant 24 hores.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El dia 1 veurem que la massa mare ja t\u00e9 bombolles i la fermentaci\u00f3 ja comen\u00e7a. Traurem 50 grs. de la massa mare que ja no ens servir\u00e0. Afegirem a la massa mare que ha quedat al pot, 25 ml. daigua i 25 grs. de farina integral de s\u00e8gol. Barregeu-ho tot fins que torneu a quedar ben integrat. Taparem el pot i el deixarem a temperatura ambient durant 24 hores.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El dia 2 la massa mare continua fermentant i cada cop va agafant m\u00e9s bombolles. Ara la refrescarem i hi afegirem 25 ml. daigua i 25 ml. d&#039;Harina Integral de S\u00e8gol. Remenarem fins que quedi tot ben integrat. Taparem el recipient i ho deixarem a temperatura ambient durant 24 hores.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El dia 3 la massa mare ja t\u00e9 els ferments a punt per poder fer el pa. El pot que cont\u00e9 la massa mare se&#039;ns haur\u00e0 inflat degut a la for\u00e7a que t\u00e9. Per a la preparaci\u00f3 del pa hi posarem 30 grs. de la massa mare, 100 grs. Farina Integral de S\u00e8gol i 100 ml. d&#039;aigua. Ho remourem tot fins que quedi integrat.
