Hi afegirem unes gotes d&#039;oli d&#039;oliva que repartirem per tota la superf\u00edcie i ho deixarem macerar durant una hora.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Donarem uns talls transversals a la pell del magret perqu\u00e8 en rostir-lo deixi anar m\u00e9s f\u00e0cilment el greix que hi ha sota la pell.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En una paella ben calenta i amb el foc el m\u00e9s alt possible, rostirem el magret. Cal rostir-ho molt r\u00e0pid ja que ens ha de quedar torrat per fora i cru per dins.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ho rostirem primer per la part de la pell. El magret anir\u00e0 deixant anar l&#039;oli que apartarem de la paella i reservarem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Li anirem fent la volta i traient sempre l&#039;oli. Cal torrar-ho b\u00e9, pels 4 costats.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un cop rostit el retirem de la paella i quan estigui fred el tallarem ben prim.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem un cass\u00f3 petit al foc i afegirem l&#039;oli que hav\u00edem reservat, llen\u00e7arem els grans de pebre negre al gust i les dues cullerades de Bovril. Ho anirem remenant perqu\u00e8 s&#039;integrin b\u00e9 els ingredients.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amb molt de compte tirarem el brandi. Si tenim campana extractora de fums l&#039;hem d&#039;apagar, ja que flambejarem la salsa i amb el brandi ens podr\u00edem cremar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un cop flamejat, apagarem el foc i ja tenim preparada la salsa que servirem juntament amb el magret.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Acompanyarem el plat amb un Pur\u00e9 de Pomes que podeu veure al nostre canal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Us aconsellem que veieu el v\u00eddeo per a una millor comprensi\u00f3 de tot all\u00f2 explicat.<\/b><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Fabulosa receta para Magret de pato a la pimienta.
