Sal gruixuda<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salsa d&#039;Ametlles i Tom\u00e0quet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salsa Maionesa<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>En una safata que pugui anar al forn i que no sigui gaire gran hi posem una capa de sal gruixuda al fons.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A sobre posarem els dos llobarros sencers, que ja hem netejat i els cobrirem totalment amb la resta de la sal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Abocarem una mica d&#039;aigua a sobre de la sal per poder-lo modelar b\u00e9 i que quedi ben cobert per la sal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hem preescalfat el forn a 200\u00ba cent\u00edgrads i el courem per la part de dalt i baix, aproximadament uns 30 minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan veiem que s&#039;ha fet una crosta amb la sal, ja estaran cuites.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amb l&#039;ajuda d&#039;un ganivet, i amb molt de compte per no cremar-nos, traurem els llobarros de la safata.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Traurem la pell dels llobarros i les espines, deixant nom\u00e9s els lloms que els posarem en un plat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Abans de servir-ho posarem una mica d&#039;oli d&#039;oliva verge per sobre i ho acompanyem amb la salsa d&#039;ametlles i la salsa maionesa.
