Farina de For\u00e7a<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 ml. Aigua t\u00e8bia<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 ml. Vi Blanc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10 grs. Llevat de forner<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cullera Sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cullera Pebre vermell<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>60 ml. Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Cebes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cullerades soperes Sucre Moreno<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Pebrot Morr\u00f3n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>9 Tom\u00e0quets grans<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>650 grs. Tonyina en Oli d&#039;Oliva (7 llaunes)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Dents d&#039;All<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cullerades de Tom\u00e0quet Fregit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pebre Negre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pelem els tom\u00e0quets per triturar-los. Reservem<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tallem les cebes a quadradets i hi afegim el sucre bru. Ho coem tapat al microones durant uns 3 minuts. Si no s&#039;ha cuit prou, hi afegim un parell de minuts m\u00e9s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Poseu oli d&#039;oliva en una cassola i afegiu-hi els alls picats. Quan l&#039;all estigui daurat hi afegim els tom\u00e0quets i una mica de sal. Deixem sofregir el tom\u00e0quet i quan estigui ja cuit hi posarem les dues cullerades de tom\u00e0quet fregit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3 afegim la ceba trossejada i el suc que ha deixat anar la ceba.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Esmicolem la tonyina i ho afegim a la cassola, posem tamb\u00e9 el pebrot tallat a trossos petits. Remenarem perqu\u00e8 es vagi integrant i ho deixarem sofregir tot junt durant uns tres minuts m\u00e9s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Colarem el farcit i l&#039;estr\u00e8nyem, ja que el brou que ha quedat ho aprofitarem per fer la massa de l&#039;empanada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem la farina a un bol gran. Fem un volc\u00e0 al centre i posem dins l&#039;aigua, el vi blanc, una culleradeta de pebre vermell dol\u00e7, la sal i el llevat de forner esmicolat. Us afegim tamb\u00e9 tres cullerades del brou que hem reservat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amassarem amb les mans fins que estigui tot ben integrat. Si veiem que queda massa seca, hi afegirem una mica m\u00e9s de brou.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem una mica de farina a taula i continuarem pastant amb les mans. Per saber quan est\u00e0 la massa a punt, fem una boleta petita i despr\u00e9s un cilindre i si no es trenca \u00e9s que ja est\u00e0 llesta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deixem reposar la massa tapada amb un drap durant uns 45 minuts aproximadament, fins que dobli el volum.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Separem la massa en dues parts, i d&#039;una de les dues parts en guardem una petita porci\u00f3 per a la decoraci\u00f3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La part de baix ha de ser una mica m\u00e9s gran que la de dalt. L&#039;aplanem amb el corr\u00f3, tenint en compte que ha de quedar una mica m\u00e9s gruixuda que la part de dalt, ja que en tenir el pes del farciment es podria trencar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem paper de forn a la safata del forn i estenem la massa. Posem el farciment i l&#039;estendrem per la massa deixant les vores lliures de massa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A sobre posarem l&#039;altra part de massa que tamb\u00e9 haurem aplanat amb el corr\u00f3 i tancarem l&#039;empanada plegant les vores de baix.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Decorarem l&#039;empanada fent unes tires formant quadrats, i pintem tota la part de dalt amb ou batut.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preescalfem el forn a 200 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix.
