Pit de Pollastre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cullerada de Curry a Pols (al gust)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 cullerades soperes d&#039;Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salsa Maionesa (al gust)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enciam i Ceba Tendra<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Tom\u00e0quet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cogombrets i Pastanaga a Vinagre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All i Julivert picats<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre Negre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tallem el pollastre a tires primes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem en un plat fondo l&#039;oli, el curri en pols, la sal i el pebre. Ho barregem tot i hi afegim el pollastre. Deixarem macerar durant uns 15 minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tallem l&#039;enciam a la juliana, la ceba en c\u00e8rcols petits i el tom\u00e0quet a rodanxes. Poseu una mica de sal i oli d&#039;oliva. Ho reservarem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem la maionesa en un bol i hi afegim l&#039;all i el julivert ben picats. Hi afegim els cogombres i la pastanaga a trossets molt petits. Ho barrejarem b\u00e9 i reservarem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En una paella i amb el foc alt fregim el pollastre, sense afegir oli ja que la maceraci\u00f3 ja porta abundant oli.
