Nata per muntar (Crema de Llet)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sucre llustre (Glas)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>30 grs. Pinyons<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aigua<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Ou per pintar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Posem els pinyons en remull per evitar que es cremin dins del forn.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amb l\u00b4ajuda d\u00b4un pinzell, pintem amb aigua tota la superf\u00edcie d\u00b4una de les planxes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem a sobre l&#039;altra planxa aplanant-la i procurant que quedi ben atape\u00efda.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Retallarem les vores perqu\u00e8 ens quedin ben rectes i tallarem la massa de pasta de full perqu\u00e8 ens surtin unes deu porcions. La mida de les porcions ja \u00e9s al vostre gust.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un cop tallats, els posarem en una llauna amb paper vegetal, procurant deixar un espai perqu\u00e8 no s&#039;enganxin, un cop estiguin al forn.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Batem un ou i pintem la superf\u00edcie de les pastes de full.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3 escorrem els pinyons i els posem per sobre de les pastes de full. Els aplanarem perqu\u00e8 no s&#039;enlairin.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hem preescalfat el forn a 250 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads. En entrar al forn el baixem a 190 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads i els coem per dalt i baix durant uns 18 minuts aproximadament.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Batem la nata fins que quedi ben muntada. Ha de ser nata, amb un m\u00ednim de 35% de mat\u00e8ria grassa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un cop batuda se li afegeix el sucre llustre al gust. Es remou amb molt de compte perqu\u00e8 no es desmunti.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan s&#039;hagin refredat les pastes de full les obrim per la meitat. Hem de procurar que cada pasta de full tingui la seva pr\u00f2pia tapa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amb una m\u00e0niga pastissera, si pot ser amb un filtre arrissat, omplim la part baixa de la pasta de full.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Finalment els tapem i els decorem amb el sucre llustre.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Us aconsellem que veieu el v\u00eddeo per a una millor comprensi\u00f3 de tot all\u00f2 explicat.<\/b><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Te atreves a sorprender a tus invitados con este delicioso postre de Hojaldre relleno de Nata (Crema de leche).
