Coco ratllat<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Posarem un cass\u00f3 al foc i hi afegim la llet, el sucre invertit, el sucre i el coco ratllat.<\/li><li>Ho remenarem i quan comenci a bullir ho deixarem coure durant uns deu minuts a foc lent.<\/li><li>Quan hagi refredat afegirem la llet de coco i la nata per muntar.<\/li><li>Ho barrejarem amb un batedor manual fins que estigui tot ben integrat.<\/li><li>Posarem la barreja en un recipient que pugui anar al congelador.<\/li><li>Ho taparem amb paper film i ho deixarem durant uns 60 minuts a la nevera.<\/li><li>Quan hagin passat els 60 minuts el traurem i ho remourem b\u00e9.<\/li><li>Passarem el gelat al congelador durant 60 minuts i el traurem per donar-hi unes voltes remenant sobretot per les parets del recipient i per la part de baix i aix\u00ed evitarem que es cristal\u00b7litzi.<\/li><li>Aquesta operaci\u00f3 cal fer-la cada hora durant tres vegades i despr\u00e9s deixar-ho al congelador durant 24 hores.<\/li><li>Si es fa amb gelatera el\u00e8ctrica seguir els passos del fabricant.<\/li><li>Per servir el gelat \u00e9s convenient treure&#039;l del congelador una estona abans de consumir-lo perqu\u00e8 no estigui tan gelat.<\/li><li>Se li poden posar per sobre uns fideus de xocolata.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>Us aconsellem que veieu el v\u00eddeo per a una millor comprensi\u00f3 de tot all\u00f2 explicat.<\/b><\/h3>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Te apetece un rico Helado de Coco?
