Ceba picada<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>12 rodanxes Cogombrets Agredol\u00e7os<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 cullerades soperes Maionesa<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cullerades soperes Ketchup<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cullerada sopera Mostassa de Dijon<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cullerada sopera Vinagre de Vi Blanc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 culleradetes Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 pessic de Sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">PER A L&#039;HAMBURGUESA:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>500 grs. Carn picada de Vedella<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cullerada sopera de Bovril (Concentrat de Carn)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ceba en pols<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pebre Negre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">PER AL MUNTATGE DEL BIG MAC:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>4 <a href=\"https:\/\/elfornerdealella.com\/ca\/panets-per-a-hamburgueses\/\">Panets d&#039;Hamburguesa<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 Hamburgueses rodones<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salsa Big Mac<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enciam tallat a Juliana<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 rodanxes Formatge Cheddar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cogombres Agredol\u00e7os a rodanxes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Comen\u00e7arem preparant la Salsa. Picarem els cogombres agredol\u00e7os fins que quedin ben picats.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En un bol hi posarem la maionesa, el vinagre blanc, el quetxup, la mostassa, el sucre, la sal, els cogombres i la ceba tallada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ho batrem b\u00e9 i taparem amb paper film. Deixarem reposar la salsa al frigor\u00edfic durant dues hores com a m\u00ednim.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3 posarem la carn picada en un bol i hi afegirem la ceba seca, el bovril (concentrat de carn), el pebre negre i la sal. Ho barrejarem tot fins que estigui ben integrat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem un full de paper vegetal a la taula de treball i untarem amb una mica d&#039;oli.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Estendrem el preparat de la carn ia sobre hi posarem un altre full de paper vegetal tamb\u00e9 untat amb oli. La part untada per sota.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amb l&#039;ajuda d&#039;un corr\u00f3 aplanarem la carn. Ens ha de quedar una al\u00e7ada d&#039;uns 50 cm. aproximadament.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Traurem el paper de sobre de la carn i amb un c\u00e8rcol una mica m\u00e9s gran que els panets donarem forma a les hamburgueses.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Traurem el sobrant de carn i anirem fent tantes hamburgueses com puguem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tornarem a posar el full de paper vegetal per sobre de les hamburgueses i tallarem tot el paper, tant el de dalt com el de baix fins a aconseguir peces individuals. Les que ens sobrin les podem congelar sense treure&#039;ls el paper ja que est\u00e0 untat i aix\u00ed no s&#039;enganxar\u00e0 el paper a les hamburgueses.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per fer un big mac necessitem dos panets, un sencer i l&#039;altre nom\u00e9s la part de baix. Obrirem els panets per la meitat i els posarem en una graella per la part de la molla i els torrarem lleugerament.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rostirem les hamburgueses sense el paper i quan estiguin ja fetes les reservarem. Es poden tamb\u00e9 fregir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem a la part de baix del panet una capa de salsa, damunt posarem ceba trossejada, damunt li posarem enciam trossejada a juliana i damunt un tall de formatge cheddar i finalment una hamburguesa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A sobre de l&#039;hamburguesa posarem una altra base d&#039;un panet i tornem a repetir la mateixa operaci\u00f3. Salsa, Ceba i Enciam. Posarem rodanxes de cogombret al gust ia sobre l&#039;altra hamburguesa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si us agrada a sobre de l&#039;hamburguesa es pot posar quetxup o mostassa.
