Formatge Emmental ratllat<\/li><li>1 Ceba<\/li><li>Sal i Pebre Negre<\/li><li>Orenga<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Posem a bullir les patates pelades. Hi afegim una mica de sal i les deixem coure.<\/li><li>Quan les patates estiguin cuites les escorrem i fem un pur\u00e9 juntament amb la llet i una mica de sal i de pebre negre. Es pot fer a m\u00e0 o amb un batedor el\u00e8ctric. Cal controlar que quedi al punt.<\/li><li>Ratlleu la ceba i la sofregiu en una paella amb oli d&#039;oliva fins que quedi una mica daurada.<\/li><li>A continuaci\u00f3, hi afegim la carn picada i l&#039;anirem barrejant amb la ceba. Cal anar remenant perqu\u00e8 es fregeixi b\u00e9 la carn.<\/li><li>Quan ja estigui fregida, hi afegirem la sal, el pebre negre i una mica d&#039;orenga, al gust, i hi donarem unes voltes perqu\u00e8 quedi tot ben integrat.<\/li><li>Retirem la paella del foc i afegim al sofregit el formatge crem\u00f3s.<\/li><li>En una safata que pugui anar al forn, posem a la base el sofregit de la carn i per sobre el pur\u00e9 de patates.<\/li><li>Cobrim el pur\u00e9 de patates amb formatge emmental abundant.<\/li><li>Posem la safata al forn i ho gratinem fins que el formatge quedi daurat.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Us aconsellem que veieu el v\u00eddeo del Gratinat de Patates amb Carn Picada i Formatge per a una millor comprensi\u00f3 de tot all\u00f2 explicat. <\/h3>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Esta receta de Gratinado de Patatas con Carne Picada y Queso va a gustar a toda la familia.
