Farina<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 grs. Mantega<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 ml. Llet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>20 grs. Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10 grs. Sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>25 grs. Llevat de forner<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 grs. Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>60 ml. An\u00eds Marie Brizard<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pinyons (opcional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Elaboraci\u00f3 :<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tamisem la farina i hi afegim el sucre, la sal, la llet, l&#039;oli i l&#039;an\u00eds.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amassarem a marxa lenta per fer el fresat. Es pot amassar a m\u00e0.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un cop integrats aquests ingredients afegirem la mantega a temperatura ambient i continuarem pastant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan la massa estigui ja homog\u00e8nia li incorporarem el llevat ben dissolt juntament amb una mica d&#039;aigua perqu\u00e8 es dissolgui millor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00a0Amassarem una mica m\u00e9s fins que la massa es desprengui de les parets del bol. En total, l&#039;hem tingut uns 14 minuts aproximadament.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem una mica de farina al tauler. Farem una bola amb la massa i la deixarem reposar durant 10 minuts tapada amb un drap.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tallarem la massa a trossos d&#039;uns 100 grs. i els donarem la forma de bola (veure v\u00eddeo). Un cop fetes les boles, les deixarem reposar uns 5 minuts tapades.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem una mica d&#039;oli al corr\u00f3 i estirem la massa, donant-li una forma allargada. Ha de quedar una massa molt fina.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un cop ben estirada la bola la posarem a una llauna de forn que pr\u00e8viament hem untat amb una mica d&#039;oli i la deixarem reposar durant 10 minuts tapada amb un drap.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pintarem la coca amb for\u00e7a oli d&#039;oliva. Si es fa la coca amb pinyons es posen ara i cal que estiguin pr\u00e8viament remullats en aigua perqu\u00e8 no es cremin.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem sucre en for\u00e7a quantitat per sobre de la coca i coem durant uns 8 minuts aproximadament al forn pr\u00e8viament escalfat a 250 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix.
