Cocotxes de Bacall\u00e0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5 dents d&#039;all<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 ml. Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aigua<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Julivert picat<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Si les cocotxes s\u00f3n salades, les haurem tingut en remull, canviant dos o tres cops l&#039;aigua fins que perdin la sal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En primer lloc tallarem els alls a discos fins i reservarem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En una paella petita hi posarem els 250 ml. d&#039;oli d&#039;oliva i amb l&#039;oli fred, hi afegirem els alls que s&#039;han de fregir molt lentament. El foc ha d&#039;estar molt baix perqu\u00e8 no es cremin els alls, ja que podrien amargar si queden torrats. Apartarem els alls i deixarem que es refredi l&#039;oli i reservarem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En una cassola posarem aigua ia continuaci\u00f3 les cocotxes. L&#039;aigua nom\u00e9s les ha de cobrir i amb el foc molt baix deixarem que es coguin lleugerament.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan les cocotxes comencin a deixar anar la gelatina, veureu que queda un l\u00edquid blanc, apagarem el foc. Apartarem les cocotxes i deixarem refredar l&#039;aigua.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En una cassola amb el fons pla, posarem la meitat de l&#039;oli i afegirem les cocotxes amb la pell per la part de dalt. Encendrem el foc i deixarem fregir a foc lent fins que les cocotxes comencin a deixar anar la gelatina.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan l&#039;oli comenci a bullir hi posarem tres cullerades soperes de l&#039;aigua que ten\u00edem reservada i comen\u00e7arem a moure la cassola perqu\u00e8 vagi lligant la salsa. Cal remenar la cassola tot el temps.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3 tireu la resta de l&#039;oli ia seguir remenant la cassola ia mesura que aneu lligant hi tireu tres cullerades m\u00e9s de l&#039;aigua de la cocci\u00f3, sense deixar de remenar perqu\u00e8 ens quedi la salsa ben lligada.
