Ho rentarem i farem uns petits talls per tal de poder tallar-lo millor en servir-lo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si tenim una font com la que es mostra al v\u00eddeo no caldr\u00e0 posar-hi un parell de platets perqu\u00e8 el garr\u00ed no toqui el fons de la font. \u00c9s important que el garr\u00ed quedi una mica al\u00e7at.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem uns trossos de mantega de porc a la safata i aigua que cobreixi el fons.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salarem el garr\u00ed pels dos costats.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A sobre posarem el garr\u00ed per la part de la pell a baix i ho rostirem al forn pr\u00e8viament escalfat com a m\u00ednim a 200 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan estigui daurat donarem la volta al garr\u00ed ia les puntes de les potes i les orelles els posarem una mica de paper d&#039;alumini perqu\u00e8 no es cremin.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hem tingut el garr\u00ed durant unes 2 hores dins del forn.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan comenci a daurar-se la part de la pell el podem tapar amb paper d&#039;alumini perqu\u00e8 s&#039;acabi de coure sense cremar-se.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ha de quedar la pell cruixent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>Us aconsellem que veieu el v\u00eddeo per a una millor comprensi\u00f3 de tot all\u00f2 explicat.<\/b><\/h3>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Avui prepararem un delici\u00f3s Cochinillo Rostit al Forn de Llenya, gaudeix pas a pas d&#039;aquesta deliciosa recepta.
